13:32 6 August, 2026Australian model Miranda Kerr shared her secrets to beauty and longevity during a candid conversation on the podcast Let's Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari. The star, who is a mother of four, confessed that she adheres to an extremely strict and disciplined diet.

Miranda's morning starts with a habit she has stayed true to for three decades:
Noni juice: The model has been drinking 30 ml of this exotic superfood every day since she was 13 years old.
Herbal tea: The juice is followed by homemade marshmallow root tea, which, according to the star, is good for the gut lining.
Breakfast: Next on the menu is coconut yogurt with local honey and "a single bite of a banana."
Only after completing this wellness routine does Miranda allow herself coffee—exclusively with coconut milk, maple syrup, and tested to ensure it is free of lead and mold.

No Eggs, Sushi, or Refined Oils
The supermodel's diet excludes many foods that are common to most people. Kerr has completely given up dairy, wheat, and eggs. Here are the main principles of her nutrition:

Meat instead of eggs: For breakfast and throughout the day, she gets her protein from ethically sourced meats—venison, bison, lamb, and turkey.
Strict rules on oils: The model uses only coconut or avocado oil for cooking. Seed oils are banned, and olive oil is allowed only as a salad dressing.
Carbs without bread or rice: Vegetables serve as Miranda's source of carbohydrates, specifically squash, carrots, and parsnips.
Why is sushi banned? Kerr confessed that she used to adore sushi, but completely eliminated it out of a fear of parasites. At the same time, she continues to love black caviar, considering it a source of healthy fats.
