Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes' Daughter Suri Makes Her Acting Debut

Suri Noelle is proving the apple never falls too far from the tree, E! News writes.

After all, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ 20-year-old daughter is staying true to the family business as she recently made her acting debut in Midsummer!

Suri (formerly Suri Cruise) wears many hats in the adaptation of William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, portraying Helena, Mustardseed, Flute and Thisbe in the show running until Aug. 19 at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland. 

But her tenure on the stage marks just one of many milestones she’s celebrated as of late. 

After all, Katie—who split with Tom in 2012—recently expressed how excited she was for her daughter’s new chapter after she was accepted into Carnegie Mellon University in 2024.

"I’m proud of my daughter,” the Dawson’s Creek star told Town & Country at the time. “Of course, I will miss the close proximity, but I’m really proud of her and I’m happy."

"I remember being this age, this time of beginnings,” she added. “It’s exciting to learn about yourself, and I loved that time, so it makes me happy to think about it like that."
