Envy-worthy luggage: Dua Lipa spotted at airport carrying a giant $8,100 Chanel bag

Airport security personnel certainly wouldn't have been thrilled to see the singer showing up with this piece of luggage.

Walking through the JFK airport terminal before a flight, Dua Lipa grabbed everyone's attention with her unusual travel bag choice: instead of a suitcase, the star opted for a comically huge striped raffia beach bag by Chanel.

This luxury $8,100 accessory debuted on the runway during the French fashion house's cruise show, which took place in Biarritz in April under the creative direction of Matthieu Blazy.

Lipa paired the giant bag with a matching striped zip-up track jacket from the same collection, classic straight-leg jeans, heeled ankle boots, and dark sunglasses.

Measuring 22.8 × 27.5 × 7.8 inches, the enormous accessory exceeds the maximum allowed carry-on dimensions for most airlines. This colossal tote would hardly fit into a standard overhead bin, let alone under the seat in front of the singer.
