Brooklyn Beckham Covers Up Tattoo Dedicated to His Mother Victoria Amid Family Feud

Brooklyn Beckham continues to remove tattoos associated with his family. This time, the 27-year-old son of David and Victoria Beckham revealed that he had altered a tattoo on his chest dedicated to his mother.

Brooklyn previously had the words “mama’s boy” tattooed on the left side of his chest. The phrase has now been replaced with a floral bouquet. The new design is believed to have been inspired by Nicola Peltz’s wedding bouquet, which she carried during the couple’s 2022 wedding ceremony.

Brooklyn showed off the new tattoo in a recent shirtless photo shared on social media. It is not the first family-related tattoo he has chosen to cover up.

In summer 2025, Brooklyn first revealed the changes to his old tattoos during a photoshoot for Glamour. It later became apparent that he had also covered the word “Dad” on an anchor tattoo dedicated to his father, as well as the number “1975”, representing David Beckham’s year of birth.

According to British media reports, the changes have also affected tattoos bearing the names of his younger siblings — Romeo, Cruz and Harper. However, Brooklyn has kept some of his family-related designs. These include a tattoo reading “brotherhood” and a ballerina tattoo on his calf dedicated to Harper.

Against this backdrop, the evolution of Brooklyn’s tattoo collection over the past few years is particularly striking. In 2022, following his wedding to Nicola Peltz, he revealed that he had gotten around 70 tattoos dedicated to his wife. One of them even read “married” on his arm.

Brooklyn’s family feud with his parents became public in January this year. In a statement, he said he had no desire to repair his relationship with David and Victoria and accused his parents of trying to control his life. He also claimed that his family had attempted to drive a wedge between him and Nicola, and recalled an incident at their wedding when, according to Brooklyn, Victoria’s mother-son dance left Nicola in tears.
