Paramount Is Developing a Sequel to How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days

Fans of the cult romantic comedy How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days could be in for an unexpected reunion with their favorite couple. Paramount Pictures is developing a sequel to the 2003 film, which turned Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey into one of the most memorable pairings in romantic comedy history.

The project is still in the early stages of development. The studio is currently looking for a screenwriter, and the cast has yet to be officially confirmed. However, Paramount is reportedly hoping to bring Hudson and McConaughey back to reprise their iconic roles.

Kate Hudson has already signed on to produce the project alongside Stacey Sher and her company Shiny Penny Productions, according to Variety.

The original film was released in theaters on February 7, 2003, and grossed more than $177 million worldwide.
