Cardi B Shows Off Her $15,000 Diamond Butt Piercing

Cardi B has decided to remind fans about her infamous piece of jewelry. The rapper shared a new video on Instagram, accompanying it with a seriously sassy caption.

In the clip, the singer lip-syncs to lyrics from her song “AH HA” while posing in a figure-hugging white bodysuit and a fluffy fur coat. She then drops the outer layer, turns her back to the camera and shows off the revealing outfit, which perfectly highlights her tattoos — and that notorious piece of jewelry.

“A $15,000 piercing on my ass in case some bitch needs to kiss it,” the artist captioned the post.

The Story Behind the Infamous Piercing

Cardi B first revealed her unusual butt piercing in January 2025 on X. At the time, fans wondered how such a procedure could even be performed. Later, in September of the same year, the mother of four revealed that the jewelry itself had cost her $13,000.

According to the rapper, the procedure was completely painless:

“It didn’t hurt at all because the area was numb from my butt-reduction surgery. So I didn’t feel anything. It was the easiest piercing of my life.”

However, the indulgence turned out to be not only expensive but also short-lived: Cardi later discovered that the precious diamond had simply been flushed down the toilet while she was using the bathroom.

Cardi has long been known for her love of piercings and tattoos. Last December, she showed off new dermal implants on her back and neck, just a month after giving birth to her fourth son with NFL star Stefon Diggs.
