Where Has Lady Gaga Gone? Singer’s Disappearance Sparks Secret Wedding Rumors

Grainy Polaroid photos have provided the first indication that Lady Gaga has not been seen in public for four months.

Before the uncaptioned images appeared on Instagram at the end of August, the 40-year-old megastar had virtually disappeared from the public eye after wrapping up her massive Mayhem Ball world tour in April.

The Daily Mail has learned that the singer has been lying low in California’s Marin County, settling into her new $10 million mansion with her fiancé, Michael Polansky.

But her whereabouts have been kept so tightly under wraps that even close friends have struggled to get in touch with her. According to a source close to the singer, nobody in her inner circle has heard from her for weeks.

“Nobody has seen or heard from her for more than a month,” the insider revealed. “Everyone in her circle thinks she has run off with Michael to get married, and that they are now on their honeymoon — trying to have a baby.”

Such a turn of events would hardly come as a surprise to those who know Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, the singer’s real name, as she is famously fiercely protective of her private life.

She has previously discussed the possibility of secretly marrying the 42-year-old Polansky. Speaking to late-night host Jimmy Kimmel, Gaga said she had considered simply “going to the courthouse together and ordering Chinese food.”

“She always had this plan to settle down when she turned 40,” another source added.

In an interview with Rolling Stone last year, she admitted:

“More than anything in the world, I want to be a mother, and I know he’ll be a wonderful father, too. We’re really looking forward to it.”

The couple also reportedly has no intention of stopping at one child.

“She only has one sister, Natali, and she always wanted to have lots of brothers and sisters. So she wants her children to have lots of siblings, too, so they can support one another,” the insider said.

The couple is building a quieter life in the affluent town of Ross in Marin County, not far from the home of California Governor Gavin Newsom.

“People see Lady Gaga around Marin all the time. Everyone adores her — she’s already become one of the locals,” one resident said.

The New York native has already developed a taste for the area’s hotspots. She has been spotted enjoying a glass of French red wine and king salmon tartare at Corner Bar in Mill Valley, shopping at Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop store in Larkspur and working out at FitLab Strong in Fairfax.

Locals, however, are respectful of her privacy. One resident explained:

“Nobody really bothers her or asks for autographs. This isn’t that kind of crowd — people here are too rich and influential to behave like crazy fans.”

Polansky bought property in the area back in 2019. The quiet town, home to around 2,500 people, offers the singer the ultimate luxury: complete privacy.

Their home is well hidden from the road behind dense greenery and towering trees, while security personnel and state-of-the-art systems provide an additional layer of protection.

Away from the chaos of celebrity life, Gaga is reportedly spending her days cooking Italian pasta, taking morning hikes on Mount Tamalpais and enjoying quiet dates around town — finally savoring the peace she has long been craving.
