Ahead of his May wedding to Bettina Trump, Donald Trump Jr. decided to give his appearance a little refresh, the Daily Mail reports.

Following a bombshell investigation into alleged Russian oligarch Umar Kremlev’s funding of parts of his wedding, an old post from a Palm Beach medical spa resurfaced on social media, detailing cosmetic procedures that Donald Trump Jr. and his fiancée were reportedly undergoing.

Pure Skin Palm Beach said on Instagram that Trump Jr. underwent customized Ultherapy treatments ahead of the wedding, designed to “naturally define his jawline.”

Ultherapy is a non-invasive skin-tightening treatment aimed at improving skin firmness and elasticity. It uses ultrasound technology, with a single session typically starting at around $2,000.

In July, the spa posted several photos of Donald Jr. and Bettina from their wedding, accompanying them with a detailed post.

“It was also a pleasure getting to know Don and helping him prepare for his big day with customized @ultherapy treatments to naturally define his jawline,” Pure Skin Palm Beach wrote.

The spa also provided a detailed list of the cosmetic procedures Bettina reportedly underwent.

In addition to Ultherapy, she received Sculptra, Renuva, MOXI and Tixel treatments, laser hair removal and a post-procedure skincare treatment.

Sculptra and Renuva are injectable treatments, while MOXI and Tixel are laser-based procedures designed to rejuvenate and improve the condition of the skin.

The spa also said Bettina underwent “regenerative hair restoration,” customized facial treatments, wrinkle-smoothing procedures and intravenous vitamin therapy.

“Coordinating treatments around a packed travel schedule and public appearances required careful planning to ensure every result looked its absolute best for her wedding day,” the medical spa wrote.

The spa also revealed that Bettina first visited about five years ago and has since become a “regular client” and “dear friend.”

Bettina follows the spa’s account and liked the post.

The resurfaced post appeared just days after a bombshell investigation alleged that Russian businessman Umar Kremlev, a wealthy figure described in the report as being close to Russian President Vladimir Putin, had funded expenses connected to Trump Jr.’s wedding. The medical spa’s page was also mentioned in the report.

The president’s eldest son married 39-year-old socialite Bettina Anderson in the Bahamas in late May, after which the couple continued their celebrations in the Caribbean with a lavish reception.

According to ProPublica’s investigation, Kremlev covered hundreds of thousands of dollars in wedding-related expenses, including the rental of a private island, fireworks and other costs. The publication reported that his team also helped organize the wedding festivities.

The couple later confirmed Kremlev’s role, describing him as “our dear friend Umar” and saying that he “very generously hosted two incredible nights of celebrations for us.” They emphasized that those celebrations were separate from the wedding ceremony itself.

The wedding ceremony was attended by 18 guests, while around 50 people attended the subsequent celebrations.

At the end of her emotional statement, Bettina told her followers: “Friendship doesn’t require a political motive. Generosity does not automatically mean there is some hidden agenda.”
