A 23-Carat Diamond and a Wedding: Trump’s Former Lawyer to Marry Turkish Billionaire 13 Years Her Junior

Alina Habba, former personal lawyer to Donald Trump, is set to marry Turkish billionaire Turhan Mildon, who is 13 years younger than her. The couple will tie the knot this Saturday, just months after their relationship began and eight months after Habba’s second divorce, according to the Daily Mail.

The 42-year-old Habba, a New Jersey native, is marrying 29-year-old Mildon, a member of a powerful Turkish business family and a close ally of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

On Wednesday evening, the couple was spotted together in Palm Beach, Florida. Holding hands, they headed to dinner at the upscale Polo Room restaurant.

Particular attention was drawn to Habba’s engagement ring, featuring a huge diamond estimated to weigh at least 23 carats. The bride-to-be also carried a bright pink ostrich-leather Hermès Birkin bag, reportedly worth around $30,000. Sources say it is just one of numerous Birkin bags Mildon has given his fiancée.

Habba arrived for dinner in a black Mercedes G-Class driven by her fiancé. For the casual outing, she wore jeans, high heels and a cropped blue jacket.

Sources say heightened security measures are expected at the upcoming wedding, with Trump administration officials and foreign dignitaries reportedly among the guests.

Mildon is president and CEO of Miller Holding, a Turkish conglomerate involved in construction, mining, energy and international trade. The company is heavily involved in infrastructure projects across Africa.

Sources claim the businessman is “obsessed” with his future wife and spares no expense when it comes to gifts.

“That ring practically has its own ZIP code. Turhan just looks at Alina and says, ‘You’re the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen,’” one source said.

Another source said: “The wedding is not going to be low-key. It’s going to be a real princess-style celebration.”

Habba and Mildon first met earlier this year in Washington, D.C., at an event at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, where Mildon was a donor.

Around the same time, Habba’s divorce from 54-year-old New York millionaire Gregg Ruben, the owner of a parking-management business, was officially finalized. The couple had been married for five years.

Before that, Habba was married to attorney Matthew Eyet from 2011 to 2019. The former couple have two children, a daughter and a son, who live with their mother.

Habba’s decision to marry again so quickly, for the third time, has reportedly raised some concerns among people close to her.

“It’s a very fast wedding, and it raises questions for some people. But she is completely committed to this marriage,” a source said.

After her latest breakup, Habba moved permanently to Palm Beach. This came after she stepped down as acting U.S. attorney for the District of New Jersey, following a federal appeals court ruling that her appointment was unlawful.

According to sources, Habba and Mildon spend much of their time together in Florida and are now planning to buy a home of their own.

The Turkish businessman, whose company is based in Istanbul, has also managed to bond with Habba’s children. Mildon’s parents joined the couple for their lavish dinner as well.

“They adore him. They even have Nerf blaster battles with him,” a source said.
