Nicole Scherzinger Suffers Painful Burns and Blisters After Boiling Water Accident an Hour Before Show

Nicole Scherzinger suffered a painful burn just an hour before taking to the stage — but even boiling water couldn’t stop the star from performing.

The 48-year-old singer shared a photo of her leg on Instagram, showing visible redness and blisters after she was injured shortly before a concert in Düsseldorf, Germany.

“Nothing like spilling boiling hot water on your leg an hour before showtime. The show must go on,” Scherzinger wrote sarcastically.

Despite the injury, the performer still took to the stage at the PSD Bank Dome on September 26. Judging by her message, the audience helped her push through the pain and finish the show.

“Thank you, Düsseldorf, for helping me get through it. See you soon, Amsterdam,” she told her fans.

Scherzinger is currently on the European leg of the PCD Forever Tour, which has brought her back together with fellow Pussycat Dolls members Kimberly Wyatt and Ashley Roberts.

The group’s reunion follows a particularly successful period in Scherzinger’s career. She recently starred on Broadway in the musical Sunset Blvd., playing Norma Desmond, a role that earned her a Tony Award.
