12:33 21 October, 2026Dwayne Johnson, 54, has undergone a dramatic transformation for his latest role. The actor, better known as The Rock, looked almost unrecognizable as an elderly man on the set of Lizard Music, a far cry from the action star and Moana favorite fans know.

Johnson was spotted filming in the Coney Island neighborhood of Brooklyn. He wore a beige trench coat, a matching wide-brimmed hat, a blue shirt and tie, and sneakers. He was filming a scene alongside young actor Theo Clark Leber.
Both actors were holding slices of pizza, while Leber also carried a large green plush lizard.

With gray stubble and what appeared to be facial prosthetics altering his features, Johnson was almost impossible to recognize. His distinctive square jaw and towering height were perhaps the only clues to his identity.
The film is scheduled to premiere next year. According to its official synopsis, the story follows a boy who befriends an eccentric man with an elderly chicken.
“Their search for answers opens up hidden worlds and leads to an unexpected but magical friendship,” the synopsis reads.
