20:38 23 October, 2026British model and actress Cara Delevingne has recalled one of the worst dates of her life. The star attended a lesbian sex party, but the atmosphere was so far from what she had expected that she quickly decided to leave.
The 34-year-old Delevingne shared the story in an interview for Cosmopolitan’s Blind Date series, reflecting on her wild partying years.
“I once went to a lesbian sex party. It was awful. I left pretty quickly, nothing happened. Be careful with those kinds of parties — you never know how things will turn out. Sometimes they can be a complete disaster,” the model admitted.
According to Delevingne, the event took place in a gym with very bright lighting. She arrived wearing a mask, while the guests, as she put it, were “attached to each other.” But the reality was nothing like she had imagined.
“Everyone was wearing little heels. I don’t know how to describe it. It just wasn’t what I expected. I didn’t like it,” she said.
Delevingne is now happy in her relationship with British musician Minke, whose real name is Leah Mason. In the interview, the actress also spoke candidly about how sobriety has changed her approach to love and intimacy.
According to Cara, before the couple reunited, she had decided to give up romantic relationships for good.
“I thought, ‘That’s it. No more relationships.’ But when I was around her, my body felt safe. I can’t explain why,” the star admitted.
In recent years, Delevingne has spoken openly about her struggles with alcohol and drug addiction. She has gradually stepped back from modeling to focus on acting and music.
This year, Cara announced the launch of her solo music career and released her debut singles, I Forgot and Out of My Head. She also embarked on an 11-date tour across the UK, Europe and North America. The artist has previously collaborated with musicians St. Vincent and Fiona Apple.
Delevingne is known for her roles in Suicide Squad and the television series Carnival Row and Only Murders in the Building. In 2024, she made her West End stage debut in the musical Cabaret.
Cara has also been actively investing in Los Angeles real estate. After a fire destroyed her California home, valued at £5.5 million, she bought another five-bedroom mansion in the Santa Monica Mountains for £8.5 million. Delevingne had previously purchased actress Milla Jovovich’s house for £7.9 million before selling it for £8.2 million without ever moving in.
