14:22 29 October, 2026Prada invites us into a fairy tale where designer accessories replace glass slippers, and Sadie Sink and Maya Hawke take the place of animated princesses. The Italian fashion house’s new holiday campaign feels like a Disney cartoon brought to life, complete with snow-covered landscapes, fantastical animals and an atmosphere in which even familiar fashion pieces take on a magical quality.
The project, Drawing Prada: Animated by Hand, brings the stars of Stranger Things into the world of classic hand-drawn animation. Alongside Sink and Hawke, the campaign features Chen Haoyu, Kelvin Harrison Jr. and Luther Ford. The photographs were shot by Glen Luchford, while John Pomeroy, known for his work on classic Disney animated films, contributed to the animation.

In this fashion fantasy, accessories become part of the story. Curious mice explore designer shoes, while a snow lynx turns its attention to the handbags. The line between reality and illustration begins to blur, transforming the campaign into a series of fairy-tale scenes that invite viewers to linger over every detail, like pages from a collectible art book.
The campaign’s particular charm lies in its analogue appeal. At a time when artificial intelligence can generate entire visual worlds in seconds, Prada turns to hand-drawn animation and the imagination of artists. There is no pursuit of digital perfection here. What matters most is the mood, the details and the feeling of handmade magic.
