Kim Kardashian Gets “High” and Decides to Buy Her Neighbor’s Mansion

Kim Kardashian decided to sell her Palm Springs home and buy the neighboring mansion after trying a cannabis-infused gummy. The unusual idea came to her during a getaway with family and friends, and was brought to life with an impromptu golf-cart tour and a little trespassing.

In the eighth season of The Kardashians, 46-year-old SKIMS founder headed to the desert city with her mother, Kris Jenner, sister Khloe Kardashian, and her future The Fifth Wheel Netflix comedy co-stars Nikki Glaser, Brenda Song and Fortune Feimster.

Even before they landed, Kim offered her companions some of her “gifts” — cannabis gummies. Kris, 71, admitted she had tried them only once or twice before, but had been unable to stop laughing. This time, she was more than happy to join in the fun.

After arriving, the women set off to explore Kris’s property. During the tour, Kim showed them a system of hidden passageways through the hedges connecting her estate to the home of her half-sister Kylie Jenner.

“We made them ourselves so we could go to each other’s houses through the backyard instead of having to go out the front door,” Kim explained.

It turned out that the mansion situated between Kim’s and Kylie’s properties was on the market. Kim immediately became interested in buying it, with the idea of combining all three properties and expanding the family’s network of secret passageways.

Kim suggested that the group sneak onto the property using one of her golf carts. Her friends enthusiastically agreed.

“This is technically trespassing. Do not try this at home,” Kardashian warned viewers with a smile.

After making their way through the bushes, the women reached the spacious backyard and explored the grounds. Kim admitted she did not yet know the exact asking price but was already seriously considering the purchase.

Fortune Feimster encouraged her not to overthink it and simply buy the property. After speaking with her real estate agent, Kim returned to her friends with an update: she had been offered the same amount she could get for selling her current home.

“If I sell one house and buy this one, I'll be closer to Kylie, and the view is so much better,” she explained.

Khloe later confirmed that her sister had indeed bought the mansion. Kim thanked her friends for helping her make the decision, and they celebrated the news with applause.
