Miley Cyrus, 22, shows off her butterfly nipple pasties under a daring monokini ensemble at the Adult Swim Upfront Party. According to Daily Mail, the Bangerz star caused a stir while attending the Adult Swim Upfront Party at Terminal 5 in New York City on Wednesday.

Miley threw caution to the wind - and apparently her top too - as she posed on the carpet wearing just pink pasties and a pair of suspenders.

She wasn't shy at all as she got up on stage with microphone in hand and belted out a tune.
