Pamela Anderson celebrates successful treatment of Hepatitis C by posting saucy nude Instagram

The 48-year-old star Pamela Anderson took to Instagram with a saucy photo to ecstatically reveal to her followers that she is free of Hepatitis C after being cured by an anti-viral drug.

Pammie wrote alongside the sun-drenched snap: 'I am CURED!!! - I just found out #nomorehepc #thankyou #blessing #family #prayer #live.'  
She added 'I pray anyone living with Hep C can qualify or afford treatment.

The actress is seen sat giggling on a yacht as she covers her chest with one arm in the flashback snap.  

The former Baywatch babe suffered with the blood-borne illness for 16 years and told People in August that she hoped to be rid of the affliction within a month after trying a new FDA-approved drug.   

She said: 'I'm very fortunate that I've had Hep C for about 16 years,

'Sixteen years ago that was [presented to me] as a death sentence. I think it really worked on my self esteem. Even though I may have looked confident on the outside, I think it really was a dark cloud that lingered over me.
