The Force Awakens has recouped more than a quarter of it's $200million budget an entire month before anyone has even seen it.

Latest figures from Fandango reveal that the latest Star Wars film has become the biggest pre-seller in the company's history, topping the first Hunger Games.

According to Variety, almost every Imax screening across the country is already sold out.

Fandango told the site that theater chains are continually adding extra showtimes to keep up with demand.
