Armenian Public Television received over 70 songs for Eurovision 2013

YEREVAN. - Armenian Public Television has received more than 70 applications for the song to be performed by Gor Sujyan at Eurovision 2013, head of Armenian delegation Gohar Gasparyan told reporters.

She informed that Armenian Public Television has received applications from Spain, Belgium, Sweden, France, Armenia, and in comparison with songs received from abroad, the songs from Armenia “are of higher quality.”

As a result, several songs have been singled out and will be presented to public voting on March 2. Gor Sujyan and Dorians band, a member of which Gor is, will also present a song to the public.

The voting for the song will be held on March 2 live on Armenian Public Television Channel. Gor Sujyan will perform the best songs. The song which is chosen 50/50 by the audience and the jury will be performed at the Eurovision contest.
