John Malkovich visits Armenian Genocide Memorial in Yerevan

YEREVAN. – As reported earlier, Hollywood legend John Malkovich has arrived in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan.

He on Tuesday paid a visit to the Armenian Genocide Memorial to pay tribute to the victims of this tragedy.

And when asked, during Monday’s press conference, whether he had heard of the Armenian Genocide, Malkovich said he knows and has heard about it and that he is astonished at what terrible things people are capable of doing.

The Hollywood star is in Yerevan along the lines of Wednesday’s opening ceremony of the 5th Aram Khachaturian International Festival.
