This diet called “Seven Days to New Year.”

From drinks, water and vegetable juices are preferable, and from fruit juices—a daily maximum 0.5 liters. In addition:

1․5kg vegetable salad with vegetable oil (the less, the better)

1kg boiled meat without fat

1kg vegetable salad, and 0.5kg non-fat curd

1.5kg sour milk products (yogurt, kefir, curd), with 1.5% fat

1kg fruit salad, and 0.5kg non-fat curd

2kg fruit (except for bananas, date palms, and kiwis)

1kg boiled river fish, and 1kg vegetable salad

Such a New Year’s diet will help lose 3 to 5 kilograms in one week.
