She famously posted a photo featuring a blinged out grill just days before she was robbed at gunpoint in millions of jewelry in Paris back in October 2016.

The 37-year-old reality star took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday night to share several posts of herself once again showing off diamond-encrusted teeth jewelry.

She was joined by model and DJ Sita Abellan in the self-taken snaps as she proudly showed off the jewelry which read 'KIM' on the lower teeth.

Kim teased a project with the 24-year-old Spain-born stunner as she said: 'Guess what I’m doing today, guys?'

Sita couldn't help but comment on Kim's mouth jewelry after a zoom in on the bling as she said: 'Oh work!'
