The actor and wife Emma Heming, 39, have listed the duplex, which sits at 271 Central Park West, about three years after plunking down $16.995 million to buy it from Wesley Edens, the owner of the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks, and his wife Lynn, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The Edens had consolidated two apartments into one, providing an expansive home the celeb couple moved into with their young daughters Mabel, five, and Evelyn, three.
