The official document reveals that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian‘s new daughter has no middle name.
Chicago was born at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles on January 15 at 12:47 AM and weighed 7 lbs 6 oz.
The birth certificate was filed on January 19, but Kim and Kanye did not decide on a name fast enough, so those fields were initially left blank.
The couple also did not list the name of their surrogate on the document.
