Eva Longoria gives birth to her first child

Eva Longoria gives birth to her first child with husband José Bastón and reveals she’s named baby boy Santiago, The Sun has learned.

Eva, 43, gave birth at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles and Santiago weighed 6lb 13oz.

Releasing a picture of Eva cradling her newborn to HOLA! USA, the delighted parents said: "We are so grateful for this beautiful blessing."

In the close up shot, the new mum can be seen resting her cheek against the top of her son's head with a content smile on her face.
