“With the legend herself! Miss Gloria Gaynor”-this is what Iveta Mukuchyan wrote on the photo. Gloria Gaynor is a disco singer who is better known for her hit songs “I Will Survive” and “Never Can Say Goodbye”. She was quite young when she signed her first deal with Columbia Records.
In 1979, she released her album entitled “Love Tracks”, which featured the song “I Will Survive”, one of the most famous disco anthems and the song that made the album reach the top of the charts. The singer also received a Grammy Award for this album. In 2002, the singer received the Legend Award at the 2002 World Music Awards.
