Italian fashion brand Gucci was criticized for selling “clown” shoes for more than 700 euros.

Beige sport sandals with a red toe and Gucci logo emblazoned on the Velcro strap is made of leather, neoprene, rubber and mesh.

Gucci fans disapproved the design and took to Twitter to slam the fashion brand.

It is not the first time when Gucci is surprising fans by unusual shoes. In March they released “dirty” shoes which cost $870.
