Matthew Perry emerges for first time in almost two years and looks...dishevelle

Perry, 49, was pictured in New York City on Thursday, the first time he's been seen since August 2017 and the star looked unwell, was wearing stained clothing, Daily Mail reported.  

Perry's swollen hands and long unkempt fingernails caused alarm, hinting that that the actor is struggling with his health once again.  

By the way, Perry tweeted and promised to get a manicure.

"I’m getting a manicure this morning. That’s okay right? I mean it says man right in the word,” he said.
