Now Kidman is in Italy at the Taormina Film Fest film festival. The actress was invited as a special guest - yesterday she was presented with an award for her contribution to the cinema. The beauty climbed onto the stage in an elegant white dress with a side slit.

'To be honest, I am completely natural,' she told Marie Claire at the time. 'I wear Neutrogena sunscreen and I don't smoke. I take care of myself. I'm very proud to say that. I've tried a lot of things, but aside from sports and good nutrition, most things don't make a difference. I even tried Botox but I didn't like how my face looked afterwards. Now I don't use it any more and I can move my forehead again!’ Kidman said.
