Taylor Swift wins top prize of 2019 MTV Video Music Awards

Taylor Swift won the top prize of the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards for her “You Need to Calm Down” featuring Katie Perry, Adam Lambert, Ellen DeGeneres and Ryan Reynolds.

21 Savage, J Cole, Jonas Brothers, duet of Billy Ray Cyrus and Lil Nas X, Arianna Grande and Billie Eilish were among the nominees.

Billie Eilish was named the best artist, while Cardi B’s ‘Money’ was the best hip-hop track.

The winners were decided online by the general public.
