8 facial prostheses for new role: Charlize Theron’s new movie experiment

Charlize Theron went for facial prosthetics for her role in "Bombshell" movie, Daily Mail reported.

The movie, which follows the sexual misconduct scandals surrounding late Fox News founder Roger Ailes, sees Nicole Kidman make a transformation into fellow former Fox anchor Gretchen Carlson.

Charlize credited special effects makeup artist Kazu Hiro.

"It's really hard to get [Kazu] to do new stuff, but I did a lot of begging and he came on and designed eight [prosthetic] pieces for me," she told THR.
