Forbes: Kanye West is now officially a billionaire (PHOTOS)

American rapper and designer Kanye West has made a lot of money thanks to his Yeezy brand and has officially become a billionaire, Forbes reported.

"All told, our current net worth estimate for Kanye West: $1.3 billion," the experts said.

The magazine also notes that his collection of Yeezy sneakers is estimated at $1.26 billion.

"It’s one of the great retail stories of the century," experts added, in particular.
