Accordingly, New Idea magazine quoted an eyewitness who saw Meghan and Harry arguing during dinner at a restaurant in Santa Barbara, California, not far from their new home.

According to this eyewitness, the couple spoke out about the relationship during dinner.

They were arguing. And then Megan was enjoying a glass of white wine and she didn't look so sad; but Harry looked pale, said the eyewitness.
