Cannes Film Festival to take place in July

The organizers of the Festival de Cannes (Cannes Film Festival) say the festival will take place on July 6-17, even though it was initially scheduled to take place in May.

The following is posted on the Festival de Cannes Twitter page: “Initially scheduled from 11 to 22 May 2021, the Festival de Cannes will now take place from Tuesday 6 to Saturday 17 July 2021.”
