The international music contest Eurovision-2021 will be held in a new cut-down format amid the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the organizing committee of the event.
Eurovision guests from other countries will be advised to self-isolate five days before leaving for the Netherlands, and they must have a negative COVID-19 test 72 hours before the flight.
Delegations from other countries will be required to stay at the hotel during times when they are not rehearsing or participating in the show. Stage workers, artists, and journalists will regularly take the COIVD-19 tests.
The number of people in delegations will be reduced. 500 journalists will be able to attend the site, and another 1,000 will work in the online press center.
