Tankian says Azerbaijan's dictatorial regime continues to hold Armenians hostage

System of a Down star Serj Tankian addressed the issue of Armenian captives held in Azerbaijan.

He shared a new post on his Instagram noting that Azerbaijan's dictatorial regime continues to hold Armenians hostage after the war, contrary to the Geneva Conventions on Human Rights and Prisoners of War.
