Emmy Awards become gender neutral

The respective message published on the Television Academy's website states that the gender of the nominees has never been discussed, and now the gender approach will be reflected in this contest, too.

The names of this year's Emmy Awards nominees will be announced on July 13, and the awards ceremony is scheduled for September 19. It is not reported yet in what format it will be held. The Television Academy promised to publish the details later. The event will be broadcast by CBS and Paramount Plus.
