Britney Spears confesses to not being allowed to have her wedding in Catholic church

American singer Britney Spears revealed that she wanted to get married in a Catholic church, but she was rejected, The DailyMail writes.

"This is where I originally wanted to get married during COVID. I wanted to go every Sunday ... it’s beautiful and they said it was temporarily shut down due to COVID!!!!," the 40-year-old artist shared with her fans.  "Then 2 years later when I wanted to get married there they said I had to be catholic and go through TEST!!! Isn't church supposed to be open to all???"

As a result, Britney Spears and Sam Asgharii's wedding took place at the singer's mansion in California. Guests at the ceremony included Madonna, Paris Hilton, Donatella Versace and Selena Gomez.
