Eric Weinberg accused of sexual abuse

Two women have accused Eric Weinberg, producer and writer of the TV series Scrubs, of sexual assault, Los Angeles Times reported.

Both incidents, the women said, occurred in 2019. They claim Weinberg lured them to his home, where he committed criminal acts.

Weinberg had already been arrested for sexual assault in July. In October, the 62-year-old producer was detained again, charged with 18 counts, including rape, forced oral copulation and assault by force.

Weinberg pleaded not guilty to the 18 counts of sexual assault, after which the Los Angeles district attorney called him a danger to society.
