Steven Spielberg misses Gotham Awards because of coronavirus

Famous American director Steven Spielberg has contracted the coronavirus, Deadline reports.

The filmmaker missed the performance of Michelle Williams, who starred in Spielberg's "The Fabelmans," at the Gotham Awards. So far, there are no reports on the 75-year-old filmmaker's condition.

It was previously reported that Steven Spielberg will receive an honorary Golden Bear at the 73rd Berlin International Film Festival. The honorary "Golden Bear" will be awarded to him for lifetime achievements.
