Comedian Michael Lehrer died at the age of 44, Deadline reported.
The stand-up comedian suffered from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Lehrer continued to perform even after the diagnosis became known in 2017, appearing in public in a wheelchair. He spoke openly about his struggle with the disease on stage.
Lehrer has appeared on such comedy shows as "The Second City" and "Kill Tony." The comedian had a girlfriend and a son - Colin.
