Travis Barker wished his wife, Kourtney Kardashian, a happy 45th birthday by posting—on Instagram—a carousel of photos of their life together. One of these photos that caught the most attention was Kourtney crouched over the toilet.

The other photos show Kourtney posing in a bikini on board a yacht, tenderly holding her five-month-old son Rocky, and lounging in her pajamas on board a private jet. In the latest photo, the brunette beauty, dressed for a glamorous party, smiles while sitting on the toilet.

“Happy Birthday to my beautiful wife, soulmate and best friend forever. I love you, I love our life together. Thank you for being the most wonderful wife anyone could ask for. Here's to many years of adventures together," Travis wrote. Kourtney added in the comments section: “My dream husband. I love our life!”

Of course, the photo on the toilet caused the greatest stir. While many fans wished Kourtney a happy birthday, others couldn't stop talking about the toilet photo. “What is that last photo, it just burnt my eyes out damn it,” one wrote. “Typical husband post,” “I wish my husband could take photos like the last one for me,” “This is what happiness looks like... completely honest and without shame.”
