Britney Spears has deleted her Instagram account, and insiders claim she is "totally dysfunctional." The star's Instagram account, which she regularly updated, disappeared just hours after she criticized her family.
The singer's friends have noted that she is "totally dysfunctional," and claim that she is in a worse mental and financial position than when she was in conservatorship, TMZ reports.
They said Britney, 41, was suffering from “shocking and radical mood swings” and was becoming increasingly isolated. One source said that some believe she was better off while under the conservatorship, which ended in 2021.
Britney is believed to be at risk of losing her $60 million fortune after spending more than a million dollars on her trips to French Polynesia and Hawaii, photos of which she shared on social media.
She's reportedly spending thousands on private jets and five-star resorts, with an insider claiming "she can't afford it... she's at risk of going broke."
In her last Instagram post before deleting her account, Britney slammed her family following her recent settlement with her father, Jamie Spears.
She made the dramatic statement by releasing the cover of Jennette McCurdy's book I'm Glad My Mom Died.
Meanwhile, another source told Access Hollywood that the story of her going broke is "misleading and greatly exaggerated."
