YEREVAN. – Armenian mothers and celebrities have joined forces to assist two abandoned infants.  

Two physically-challenged babies, Raphael and Jasmine, were born in Armenia recently. But their parents have abandoned them. Numerous Armenian mothers, however, have launched a campaign to find a family for these infants.   

Many Armenian celebrities also have joined this campaign. These stars were photographed in front of a special poster wherewith they make a call to adopt these abandoned children.  

The two newborns are in hospital at present, but they will be transferred to an orphanage soon.The parents, who were not apathetic to the fate of these infants, also have set up the Bari Mama (Good Mommy) volunteer group, and transferred all the things which a newborn needs.   Bari Mama Public Relations Coordinator Marine Adulyan told NEWS.am STYLE that active Facebook mothers had launched this initiative.
