YEREVAN. – The Armenian national cuisine is our cultural heritage, and that is why it is very important that the interest toward our cuisine has grown especially in recent times.
Chairman of the “Development and Preservation of Armenian Culinary Traditions” NGO, Sedrak Mamulyan, stated the abovementioned at Tuesday’s press conference that was held on the occasion of the International Chefs Day.
Mamulyan stressed that the objective of their NGO is to revitalize the Armenian national cuisine and introduce it on a global scale.
He added that the Armenian cuisine receives fairly positive reviews abroad.
