The band Tvorchi will represent Ukraine at the international Eurovision Song Contest in 2023, which will be held in Liverpool, the musicians wrote on Instagram (a social network banned in Russia; belongs to Meta Corporation, which is recognized as extremist and banned in Russia).
"Thank you, people with hearts of steel. We will do everything to properly represent Ukraine and our defiance!" the artists wrote.
The national selection to represent the country in the contest took place on December 17. Moisei and DEMCHUK, Jerry Heil, FIINKA and KRUTЬ also took part in it.
In early October, it became known that in 2023 the musical competition will be held in Liverpool. Eurovision has been held in the UK eight times. Of these, four times the contest was hosted by London. The event was also held in Edinburgh, Brighton, Harrogate and Birmingham.
