Kourtney Kardashian pokes fun at infamous incident where sister Kim lost $75,000 diamond earrings in ocean

12:59, April 8

Kourtney Kardashian poked fun at the infamous incident where her sister Kim lost her $75,000 diamond earrings in the ocean on an episode of their reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Kourtney, 44, shared new beach photos in a bikini on Instagram. Quoting her little sister in the 2011 season's sixth episode, Kourtney wrote in the caption, "My diamond earring disappeared into the ocean."

Kris Jenner got in on the joke when she, along with many of her daughter's followers, quoted Kourtney's famous response, writing: "Kourtney, there are people who die..."

The comment has now racked up more than 10,000 likes from longtime Kardashian fans familiar with the incident.

The photos show Kourtney wearing a black two-piece swimsuit. She shared the post on her Stories—and with a thoughtful message for new moms.

“Dear young mothers, your body is beautiful at all stages. Pregnancy is when we glow and grow, postpartum is when we heal and lose weight, and I find this period to be the hardest as our bodies are still adjusting,” she wrote.

“If you're breastfeeding, it's a completely different matter. I'm trying to be kind to myself as my body finds its new normal. The pressure put on us to get in shape when everything is new and different is unreal. Life is Beautiful. You are beautiful."
