Artsakh is now in the hands of dictators, whose aim is to erase the rich history of Armenians, noted the British-Armenian showman Kev Orkian, who again referred to the occupation of Artsakh by Azerbaijan and the ethnic cleansing realized by 'the dicators' in the historical land of Armenia.
