Sylvester Stallone leaving California 'forever'

11:16, February 26

Sylvester Stallone is leaving California “forever” and moving to Florida. "Rocky" announced this during the second season of his reality show "The Stallone Family."

“After long and hard thought, your mother and I have decided that it is time to move on and leave the state of California forever, we are going to go to Florida,” Sylvester told his three daughters: Scarlet, Sistine, and Sophia. “We are going to sell this house. The issue has already been resolved."

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis' wife, Casey DeSantis, welcomed the Stallone family to Florida in a post on X—former Twitter. "Welcome to the Free State of Florida!" Casey wrote, posting a conversation between Stallone and his daughters.

Stallone purchased a Palm Beach mansion for $35.4 million in 2021, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. It sits on approximately 1.5 acres of lakefront property, overlooking over 250 feet of beach with a dock. The total living space, including the main house, guest house and pool pavilion, is more than 13,000 square feet.

Between the main and guest quarters, the home has seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, according to Realtor.com. Since purchasing a home in Florida three years ago, Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, have spent time in both Florida and California.
