Megan Fox finally admitted that she had plastic surgery. For years, the 37-year-old Transformers star has baffled fans with her ever-changing appearance, but has remained silent despite constant speculation about it.

Now the mother-of-three has revealed the beauty treatments she's had, including spending $30,000 on "the biggest breasts that could fit in her body." She admitted also to having a nose job in her early 20s, but denies claims she had the procedure done seven or eight times. 

Meghan denied rumors of other procedures she had undergone, insisting she would never have liposuction as she was too thin. Despite admitting she loves the results of her surgeries and wants people to think of her as a "circus freak," she admitted she avoids many common procedures because she fears the anesthesia.

Speaking on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Megan revealed that she had had fillers and Botox. But she went on to deny rumors that she had her buccal fat removed. Speaking about her large breasts and slim body, Megan said: “I've had fake breasts since I was 21 or 22. I made it between the first and second Transformers."

Megan admitted that she wants a bigger butt, but that's currently not possible because she's too skinny. “If I could, I would do it. I don't have excess fat. It is very difficult to recover from this operation. Basically, it's about three months where you'll have to lie prone. You'll be bruised for eternity."
