Priyanka Chopra looked stunning in a necklace worth more than $40 million. The actress, who is also a Bulgari ambassador, took part in events dedicated to the brand's 140th anniversary in Rome.

At the opening of the fashion house's Aeterna high jewelry collection, she wore a black and white Del Core dress and a 200-carat diamond necklace. According to British Vogue, the stunning accessory is worth a whopping $43 million.

The Serpenti Aeterna necklace features seven pear-shaped diamonds totaling 140 carats and 698 baguette-cut diamonds. According to Glamor, the stunning piece took more than 2,800 hours to create. Described as the most precious piece Bulgari has ever presented, the Serpenti Aeterna is just one creation made to celebrate the house's 140th anniversary. It is the centerpiece of the festive collection created by the jewelry’s creative director, Lucia Silvestri.

Priyanka rocked yet another stunning look that showed off her figure. She swapped her black and white dress for a sleeveless black sparkly dress that shimmered in the light. This time she wore a more modest necklace with a blue sapphire pendant surrounded by sparkling diamonds.

“In the heart of Rome,” Priyanka captioned an Instagram post in which she posted several photos of her ensemble.
